Universal Traveler (16oz 4-Pack)

It’s hard to believe that our 8th Anniversary is here!

To mark the occasion, we’ve got a truly stellar beer for you. Universal Traveler was blended from our Berliner Weisse style base beer, as well as an amber sort-of bière de garde that’s been showing up in a lot of our blends lately. The Berliner lends bright fruitiness to highlight the jammy berry character and the bière de garde contributes just enough toasted bread and malt character to give the beer depth and roundness.

After putting together the blend, we aged the beer on Olallieberries from our friends at Two Peas In A Pod farm, up near San Luis Obispo. After four months of aging on the fruit, we canned the beer with our usual addition of local orange blossom honey. This beer is meant to celebrate the awesome fruit without getting in it’s way.

On a personal note, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for your incredible support as we’ve embarked on this second chapter of the Cellador Ales journey. Reaching our 8th anniversary is a testament to the passion and dedication of Kevin and Sara, who built this amazing brand before handing it off to me, and to the dream team of Santos, Rob, and Adam, who work so hard every day to make our beer and brewery everything it is.

Thank you all for being part of the Cellador Ales family. You’re more than just customers and friends; you’re fellow adventurers, explorers of flavor, and champions of craft beer. Here’s to you, our incredible community!
