Join us for Public Beer and Wine Shop’s first Collaborative Dinner –
The following four course dinner will be prepared by chef Eduardo Ruiz, and will be paired alongside a variety of our beers. We will be in attendance to present and discuss our beers.
COURSE 1- GNOCCHI
Nelson hops, fennel, roasted apple, chamomile vinaigrette
paired with Cellador Akimbo table sour aged on peaches and dry hopped with nelson sauvin
COURSE 2- AHI CRUDO
Kaffir leche de tigre, butternut squash, toasted maiz, aji amarillo
paired with Cellador Restik blend 1 with mosaic and el dorado hops
COURSE 3- LIGHTLY CURED BEEF
chanterelles, pumpernickel, wild pistou
paired with Cellador Firegold funky farmhouse with mosaic and el dorado, aged on oranges
COURSE 4- SEVEN HOUR LAMB BARBACOA
dates, pearl onions, shishito peppers
paired with Cellador Palimpsest bourbon barrel blend
COURSE 5- PAN DE NATA
paired with Cellador Berlinerish blend 1, barrel aged berliner-inspired sour beer ponche
Tickets are $50 and limited to 45 seats. Three 15 seat sessions are as follows:
Session 1 – 5pm
Session 2 – 645pm
Session 3 – 830pm
