Juicy and floral, 15 Petals pulls equally from both the roses and nectarines that went into it. Not only are roses the namesake of the Rose Diamond nectarines we sourced from Masumoto Family Farm, but roses and stone fruit are closely related. The very best peaches and nectarines, like those we source from the Masumotos, are more than just sweet and juicy; their ethereal aroma is intoxicating, even before fermentation.

For this beer, we bring these two profiles closer together in a celebration of their shared aromatics and shared lineage. The underlying beer has a soft and almost creamy carbonation and straw color, augmented by a strong floral aroma and juiciness on the palate.
