Originally brewed in collaboration with The Rare Barrel, Rainbow Fire is making it’s third appearance and it’s 🔥 as ever! The combination of ginger, turmeric and pineapple makes for a beer that’s crisp and refreshing with enough intrigue to keep you coming back for another sip…and another.
This release will be our third blend of rainbow fire, and our most complex. Like vintages of wine, our beers change batch to batch based on what our barrels are tasting like, and what the harvest/season of produce that goes into our beers is giving us. This year’s ginger was a bit milder than previous years and the turmeric was incredibly floral and flavorful, resulting in a beer that’s more turmeric-forward than previous batches. The pineapple juice used to condition the beer lends a tropical tinge and happens to also mean that without honey, this beer is vegan!
Rainbow Fire is ready to drink now, and will be good company well into the dog days of summer.
