Cellador X Boneyard Collaboration – A Buried Lover:
Red wild ale aged in the Boneyard Weller Bourbon barrel, infused with bergamot, pomelo, saffron, hibiscus, cardamom, orris root, and nutmeg to mimic the flavors of the classic cocktail, the Boulevardier, and packaged still (no carbonation). 8.7% ABV
Pon De Fleur:
A rustic wild ale aged on the second use fruit from our Homage collaboration, Fleur de Masumoto batch two. 6.5% ABV
Blend of 3 vintages of one of our favorite base beers, Spelt Saison, aged 5, 11, and 17 months respectively. Keg conditioned with orange blossom honey. 7.5% ABV
Blended of barrel aged Saison/Wild Ales with Mandarinquats and Buddha’s Hand. Blend two. 6.1% ABV
Blend of barrel-fermented saisons/sours aged on spent peaches, blueberries, and boysenberries. Pronounced loo-‘fuk, meaning wild or crazy in French. 5.7% ABV.
