Cellador’s Annual Membership

Six experimental beer releases each year.

Projects and collaborations beyond the bottle.

A small number of gatherings rooted in ingredients and processes.

Built around fermentation, ingredients, and time.

A membership built around fermentation

At its core, the Syndicate is a beer membership. Each year, members receive six experimental releases — the most exploratory work coming out of our cellar, available exclusively to members.

The program also reflects something broader: the ingredients, ideas, and people that shape what we make. Chefs, farmers, and producers who think about fermentation the way we do. Collaborations that extend those ideas beyond the glass.

For members who want to go further, the Syndicate opens into Larder and Field Work — projects and gatherings rooted in the same thinking as the beer.

Three ways to participate

Beer

The foundation of the Syndicate.

Six experimental releases each year built around mixed fermentation, extended time in oak, and careful blending — beers that don’t exist anywhere else.

Larder

Fermentation extended into the kitchen.

A small number of collaborative projects with chefs and producers — preserves, condiments, and ingredients developed from the same thinking that guides the beer.

Field Work

Experiences rooted in ingredients and process.

A handful of gatherings each year: foraging walks, harvest visits, fermentation workshops and studio visits with craftspeople that connect the beer to the people and places behind it.

What membership includes

Membership is built so the beer alone justifies the cost. Everything beyond that is an opportunity to go further.

Core membership:

  • Six experimental beer releases each year
  • Member discount on all purchases
  • Access to limited releases and collaborations
  • Syndicate merch

Optional opportunities to engage:

  • Larder releases — fermentation-focused pantry projects available to members
  • Field Work — gatherings connecting members with the ingredients and people behind the beer

Membership tiers

The Syndicate is offered in three tiers based on bottle allocation, discount level, and access priority. All tiers are built so the beer alone justifies the cost.

Two bottles from each release, arriving throughout the year as the beer is ready. A consistent connection to the most experimental work coming out of the cellar, exclusively for members.

Four bottles of each release gives you room to actually sit with the beer. Drink one now, hold a few, share one with someone who gets it. With mixed fermentation and extended oak aging, these beers change — and having more than two means you can find out how.

How it Works

Releases become available as they’re ready, typically every one to two months. Members claim their allocations through the online portal and may pick up or ship their bottles. Orders can be held and consolidated — the process is designed to work around your schedule.

An Invitation

The Syndicate is not a subscription box or a product line. It’s an invitation into the way we approach fermentation, ingredients, and collaboration at Cellador.

If that resonates, join us.
