American Farmhouse Ale Fermented in Oak Barrels & Naturally Conditioned with Honey
Saison du Rosier is our flagship beer. This farmhouse ale is fermented in oak barrels like all our beers, and we’re looking for the barrels to contribute flavor and complexity to the beer. Despite being bone-dry, Saison du Rosier has a velvety texture with notes of cereal grain and honey, candied lemon peel and white flowers.
Saison du Rosier is our homage to Saison DuPont and other classic Belgian farmhouse beers. Much as we love them though, Saison du Rosier has a personality all it’s own.
