This is the Merchandise ONLY shipping box. This Box should be purchased if you would like to ship Merchandise Only (clothing/glassware). (1) shipping box is required per 12 items of merchandise.
Here are our other shipping policies if you plan to ship beer:
A GENERAL SHIPPING BOX holds up to twelve 375 or 750ml bottles (with exception to magnums – please see our magnum shipping policy below). You can ship 1 bottle, or 12 bottles, and it will be the same flat rate of $20 per box for shipping. If you have ordered merchandise and choose to ship, each merchandise item will take the place of a bottle spot.
Have you purchased a magnum that you would like to ship? Please make sure you purchase the MAGNUM SHIPPING BOX for each magnum you have purchased. Each magnum requires a $10 Magnum Shipping Box in order to ship.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL MAGNUM BOTTLES PURCHASED MUST HAVE A SINGLE MAGNUM BOX PURCHASED PER MAGNUM BOTTLE. IF YOU HAVE 2 MAGNUMS YOU WANT SHIPPED, PURCHASE 2 MAGNUM SHIPPING BOXES. IF YOU HAVE 1 MAGNUM BOTTLE YOU WANT SHIPPED, PURCHASE 1 MAGNUM SHIPPING BOX. Magnums cost more to ship, and the boxes that are used to ship them are more costly. Additionally, Magnums will not ship with any other orders. Please purchase a general shipping box outside of the one(s) required for your magnum purchases in order to ship any other order(s). Each magnum box is a flat rate of $10/box.
Only purchase a shipping box when you are ready to ship items that have been previously purchased. All previous orders on hold at the brewery will be included in your shipment box under the condition that all orders do not exceed the 12 bottle limit/per box/magnum shipping policy. If you know you have more than 12 bottles/and/or magnums in your orders on hold, be sure to purchase enough shipping boxes/the proper shipping boxes to fit all orders to be shipped. In the case the your on hand bottle number exceeds the 12 spot maximum/per box, and not enough boxes are purchased, orders included in the box will start from oldest to newest.
All orders for shipments placed through Monday by noon will go out on the following Tuesday.
The shipment address inputed at the time of the order if the address that the shipment will be sent to. Changing your shipment address requires GSO to get approval from Cellador Ales, and causes an additional $10 fee for re-directing your shipment. If you must change the shipment address for your shipment, please contact us at [email protected] prior to contacting GSO for the address re-direction. Upon contacting us, you will be required to purchase an additional shipping box ($10) to cover the re-direction fee, and by doing so, we will then approve the address redirection.
Shipments can be delivered to company or residence addresses. Shipments cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Disclaimer: With shipping anything, there is always a risk of your package being damaged during transit. We do not guarantee that any damaged bottles will be replaceable. However, we will offer a refund where necessary, and will always do our best to replace any damaged bottles.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Due to the upcoming Holidays, please note the following changes with our shipping schedule.
Due to Christmas and New Years, there will only be 1 additional time to purchase shipping before the end of the year. Shipments will not go out per our normal schedule on 12/25/18 OR 1/1/19. However, we will ship any shipment orders placed between 12/17/18 at 12pm and 12/26/18 at 12pm for shipment on 12/27/18, and delivery on 12/28/18.
Please plan accordingly if you’d like your order(s) shipped before Christmas or New Years, and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
