Raclette night is back!
On Friday, 4/29, I’ll be slinging plates of potatoes, pickles, veggies and most importantly, melty melty cheese.
As you may know, I (Alex) made my move to the Cellador team from the world of fine cheeses. We hosted our first Raclette night a few weeks back and it was a big hit, so we’re keeping the hits coming.
Raclette is both a type of cheese and a way of serving it. You melt cheese off of a half-wheel and pour it down onto potatoes, pickles and other accompaniments. It’s a guaranteed good time.
I’ll be serving Raclette this Friday at the brewery from 4-9 (or sold out). No reservations necessary. I hope to see you there!
