Melty cheese on top of potatoes & pickles? Yes, please!
As you may know, I (Alex) made my move to the Cellador team from the world of fine cheeses. We’ve hosted cheese & beer pairings a bunch (more of those to come soon…), but I’ve really been wanting to do a Raclette night for a while now. Finally, this Saturday is the day.
Raclette is both a type of cheese and a way of serving it. You melt cheese off of a half-wheel and pour it down onto potatoes, pickles and other accompaniments. It’s a guaranteed good time.
I’ll be serving Raclette this Saturday at the brewery from 4-9 (or sold out). No reservations necessary. I hope to see you there!
