We’ve always believed that the right setting can transform the experience of a beer. That’s why we are so thrilled to partner with our friends at Alma’s Cider & Beer for a special evening this coming Thursday, October 9th.
For one night, we are transforming their cozy Virgil Village bar into an extension of our cellar. We will be curating the entire draft list, featuring a full lineup of our latest and most compelling releases alongside a couple of special guest beers we admire.
To make the evening complete, I’ll be drawing on my background as a cheesemonger to offer a menu of small plates. Expect a thoughtfully selected range of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and other bites designed to be the perfect complements to the nuanced character of our beers.
Think of it as the full Cellador experience, brought to one of our favorite spots in Los Angeles. We can’t wait to share a pour with you.
