We will be curating the entire draft list\, featuring a full lineup of our latest and most compelling releases alongside a couple of special guest beers we admire. \nTo make the evening complete\, I’ll be drawing on my background as a cheesemonger to offer a menu of small plates. Expect a thoughtfully selected range of artisanal cheeses\, charcuterie\, and other bites designed to be the perfect complements to the nuanced character of our beers. \nThink of it as the full Cellador experience\, brought to one of our favorite spots in Los Angeles.
